It will be essential that all parties to the dispute and all representatives with settlement authority be present at the mediation as per Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Title 7.

BRIEFS:        Briefs should be delivered to the mediator 15 day prior to scheduled mediation. It is encourage to exchange briefs with opposing party.

FEES:             Mediation Fees ……………………………………$250.00/hr.

                        4 hr. minimum

A $500 deposit is due from each of the parties 15 days prior to the scheduled mediation.  Checks are to be made payable to INTERMEDIATE LLC. The Tax ID will be provided upon request. Unpaid balances are due within ten days from the invoice date.  There are no administrative fees.  There are no cancellation fees if the matter is cancelled within 30 days before the mediation date and the time is filled.  Otherwise, there is a 4 hour cancellation fee.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Parties will be required to sign notices and return by email, or mail. Mediation date(s) will be confirmed upon receipt of signed notices and deposits.
